Valeria Salinas Yábar

A graduate in visual arts with a master’s degree in animation and stop-motion filmmaking, she works as an independent artist, animator, producer, and director on national and international illustration, animation, and documentary projects focused on identity and territory. She directed the stop-motion animated short film “Yatsi and the Spirit of the River,” filmed in the Amazon, and has worked on various independent animation projects. She was also the director of the cultural management project Lab RAD Pukllay 2024.
