Edo Dzafic

Edo Dzafic is an assistant director and freelance producer with experience on a wide range of productions, from observational science documentaries to natural history series for BBC, Netflix, ARTE, Disney+/Nat Geo, CuriosityStream, and Love Nature. He is also developing his own projects, with Skomer’s Birdman being his directorial debut.

Before turning to filmmaking, he earned a PhD in Genetics from Cambridge University. Edo has a strong interest in stories that explore how science and technology shape the human condition and our connection to nature.
